Loughton Hall is an imposing Grade II listed building, sympathetically furnished in keeping with its original character. Many of the original features remain intact, including the grand staircase, original fireplace and the front entrance. The accommodation is located across three floors and meets all the National Care Standards requirement.

Residents are encouraged to personalize their rooms with pictures and mementos, as long as fire and safety regulations are adhered to.
There are two tastefully decorated lounges and a grand dining room, giving residents a choice of atmosphere and providing a diverse environment. Loughton Hall has a well matured and maintained garden to provide a peaceful setting. There is a No Smoking policy within the home.
The nurse call system, smoke detectors and LST radiators operate throughout the home. All external doors are controlled by a keypad system for the safety and security of the residents.

Food and nutrition is a very important part of our care package. Meal requirements are discussed with residents and families and any dietary requirements will be catered for. We offer varied menu choices which are freshly prepared by our cooks.
The health of our residents is paramount and we work closely with local health professionals. Hairdressers, chiropodist and physiotherapist visit the home regularly and dental and optical services can be arranged as required.
Newspapers and magazines can be delivered by arrangement. We have a well stocked library with many large print books.
